Poor customer service. No respect for new clients, lack of attention and responsibility of the work they are doing. I don’t know how they can put someone at customer front desk to speak through the phone who does not even know basics of customer service. The Man who spoke to me on the phone, didn’t even told me his name nor introduce himself. When i asked is this digital hamster , instead asking how they can help. he said in a rude way { what do you want ? } Even after i was trying to ask what service they can provide related to performance marketing. And he keep asking me do you have a website, what is it, tell me. And he also asked why you need performance marketing? Even if stayed calm and shared with him few details and he remain silent untill i had to ask hey are you there ? And he hanged the phone, first i thought may be its a signal issue, i called 3 times again but he did not responded 🙄 Poor attitude and customer support.
